O que é a conta GOV.BR e como aumentar o nível para OURO ou PRATA?

A plataforma GOV.BR e o acesso junto aos aplicativos para ANDROID e IOS, foram disponibilizados para os cidadãos em meados de agosto de 2019. A plataforma GOV reúne mais de 4000 serviços públicos de mais de 220 órgãos diferentes: Marinha, INSS, Universidades públicas… A lista é enorme e, não paga de crescer! Dos mais de 4000 serviços, 90% deles podem ser iniciados e concluídos de forma 100% digital

Até pouco tempo, para assinar um documento precisávamos imprimir a folha, assinar e escanear para enviar novamente ao destinatário ou, se descolocar até uma loja que fizesse impressão para que você pudesse assinar e enviar. Hoje em poucos cliques você consegue assinar um documento digitalmente e realizar o envio de forma digital.

O que é o sistema de níveis do GOV.BR e como funciona?

Como o GOV.BR é uma plataforma centralizada que possui informações pessoais e únicas de cada pessoa, foi necessário criar um sistema de autenticação extra, que libera o acesso e serviços de acordo com o seu nível, que nada mais é do que um recurso de segurança adicional.

Os níveis são divididos em 3:

Nível 1 – bronze, 2 – prata e 3 – ouro.

Você consegue subir de nível de acordo com o selo de autenticação realizado.

1 – NíVEL BRONZE, o nível bronze é o inicial, todo mundo que faz o primeiro cadastro começa neste nível, aqui são cruzados os dados da receita federal, quando o cidadão faz o cadastro na sua conta.

Com o nível bronze é possível: Acessar serviços digitais, fazer login apenas com a biometria do celular e realizar a prova de vida do inss usando o reconhecimento facial.

2 -NÍVEL PRATA, nesse nível você começa a ter acesso a recursos extras como: Assinar documentos digitalmente e acessar recursos de órgãos do governo que exigem um maior nível de segurança. Para conseguir acessar o nível prata você tem duas opções:

Realizar o reconhecimento facial, onde a base para conferência será o detran ou que você faça um login com um dos bancos credenciados que são: Agibank, Banco do Brasil, Banrisul, Bradesco, BRB, Caixa, Sicoob, Santander ou o Sicredi.

3 – NÍVEL OURO, o nível ouro é o nível máximo e permite que você tenha acesso a todos os serviços do GOV.BR, inclusive renegociar dívidas do programa desenrola e outros serviços. Para desbloquear o nível ouro também é muito simples! Basta clicar em aumentar o nível e realizar a validação por meio da biometria facial, o aplicativo vai conferir se a sua foto está de acordo com a que consta na justiça eleitoral e se estiver de acordo o nível ouro é liberado!

Inicialmente o serviço que você precisa realizar ou consultar pode ser atendimento pelo nível bronze que é o nível básico, entretanto a recomendação é, que você tente aumentar o nível da sua conta para ouro ou prata o quanto antes, pois além de ter acesso a maioria de serviços disponíveis no portal GOV.BR, você terá facilidade para acessar e resolver questões que só o nível ouro a prata permitem, por exemplo.
